Applications for the 2024-25 school year are now being accepted. Our Membership Year is from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.
The information you enter is used to create your profile and letters. Be sure it is complete and accurate, including proper Capitalization.

All payments are final, there are no refunds.
Payment is due upon submission of your application. Please do not submit your application until you are ready to pay the membership fee. Generally, applications can be processed within 2 to 5 business days. However, it may take up to 10 business days to process your application during the busiest times of the year. If you have any problems, please email us at contact@chasc.net. If you need to make payment arrangements, please email us at contact@chasc.net.
If there are any errors on the invoice, DO NOT PAY. Send an email to contact@chasc.net. We can edit invoices BEFORE they are paid. We cannot make changes after the invoice is paid. You do have to click on the INVOICE ME button and create an account without paying.
Our membership year is from June 1 to May 31.
The membership fee is only for one membership year. If you join before June 1, your membership will begin on June 1 and end on May 31. If you join after June 1, your membership will begin on the date you join and end on May 31 regardless of the number of days left in the school year.
Membership letters for schools will be emailed to you.
If you are withdrawing a student from public, private, or virtual school and do not receive a school letter within 2 business days of receiving your welcome email, please request a membership letter.

Membership Fees
ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Family Membership Fee
$30 - For applications submitted from April 1st through July 31st
$40 - For applications submitted from August 1st through the school year
High School Student Fee - in addition to the Family membership fee
If you need to expedite the process, you must call to determine if it is possible to complete the process faster. There is a $35 fee to expedite applications. Rarely will it be necessary to expedite the process since all applications are processed as quickly as possible and most are completed in 2 - 5 business days.$20 per high school student per membership year
Discount Codes
We offer discounts that you can use to save on your membership fee under certain circumstances. You must enter the appropriate discount code at the bottom of the second page of your application before the invoice is generated. All discounts are on the membership fee only, not on the high school or late fees.
Only one discount can be applied.
If your oldest student is in Kindergarten, you can use the code K5 and the membership fee will be $20. You cannot use this discount if you are homeschooling children in other grade levels even if you have a student in Kindergarten. If you use the code inappropriately, the discount will be removed and you will have to pay the balance before your membership will be approved and activated.
If you are active or retired military, please email us at contact@chasc.net for the code to use for a discount on the membership fee. Please include where and how long you will be stationed if applicable. The family membership fee for military families will be $20. Thank you for your service!
If you are a missionary family or church pastor please email us at contact@chasc.net for the code to use for a discount on the membership fee. Please share information about your ministry so we can pray specifically for you and your family. The family membership fee will be $20.
