Course of StudyThe following links are provided for parents who may want some guidance or ideas of what their children should study each school year. Once again, these are only for guidance. In South Carolina, homeschooled students do not have a set course of study. The law only requires that the minimum curriculum includes English, math, science, and social studies. Parents have the freedom to tailor the education to fit the needs of each child. This list is definitely NOT a recommendation of the product in any way. World Book Typical Course of Study provides a curriculum guide for preschool through grade 12. Core Knowledge - they provide curriculum but their website is also full of resources, free curriculum, and guidelines.
